The role of Telemarketer/Sales Research & Email Deployment is an entry level position with an opportunity to grow into an inside sales rep or account executive role. |

Primary Responsibilities
- Take on key responsibility and lead role for tradeshow research
- Obtain, generate and verify tradeshow databases
- Provide lead generation via telemarketing
- Contact exhibitors to determine key contacts
- Design and execute custom emailers to above contacts
- Call contacts and book appointments for sales reps
Requirements:
- Strong telephone skills – can get to the "right person"
- Superior organizational skills
- Excellent research skills
- Proficiency in standard Microsoft Office programs including mail merge
- Drive to find the right contact at the right shows
- Previous telemarketing and/or cold calling skills
- Upbeat, positive attitude and cheerful
- Tenacious, meticulous
- Not afraid to make phone calls
- Previous database management work
- Photoshop and/or Email Deployment experience a definite asset
- Design skills

Field Service Personnel
Position Summary |
| Take part and/or supervise setups and takedowns in the field, coordinating labour, services, and shipments and generally meeting client needs in the exhibit hall. |

Key Responsibilities
Supervise on-site show labour (and/or install exhibits), insuring expedient and professional setup and takedown of exhibits. Handle on-site problems with exhibit, labour, services, or shipments. Obtain needed items for exhibit or client. Provide detailed instructions to setup service contractors. Prepare outbound labels and bills of lading where required. Confirm arrival of exhibit freight and show instructions. Relay additional information to show service people as needed. Confirm inbound and outbound freight. Observe deadlines. Perform a variety of in-house functions in support of field services operations. Crate building, inventory, pull/prep/ and load of materials, exhibit assembly and construction, safe operation of a forklift, and other duties as deemed appropriate.
Position Requirements
Knowledge of exhibit operations and procedures, show facilities, service contractors, freight forwarders, exhibit construction, and blueprint reading. Good communication and human relations skills to work with client, show personnel and labour. Good organizational skills. Ability to determine priorities and work under severe time constraints. Supervisory experience would be an asset. Strong service attitude. A desire to travel and work overtime and weekends a must. Drivers license in good standing and experience driving a 24' straight truck and standard gear shift operation. Forklift operation experience.

Account Executive
Position Summary
As a senior sales representative, assume responsibility for soliciting new and repeat business on behalf of the company and for servicing all aspects of client accounts.
Establish the broadest possible base of clientele and take all appropriate and necessary action so that clients and prospective clients hold the company in high esteem and look to it to meet their present and future exhibit needs. |

Key Responsibilities
Sell exhibits. Service client accounts from inception through field services and warehousing, providing personal attention wherever necessary. Act as liaison between clients and all company departments. Research clients and their businesses, and maintain accurate and complete files on clients. Keep abreast of growing companies and developing industries that represent sales opportunities. Write invoices and oversee collections where necessary. Attend shows, supervise exhibit set-ups and meet client requests when necessary, service public relations needs, develop sales leads, and gather ideas.
Position Requirements
Thorough knowledge of and in-depth experience with exhibits as a sales and communications tool. Demonstrated ability to sell and to close, operating under severe time constraints. Highly effective communications skills, including ability to make effective and persuasive presentations and to develop lasting rapport with clients and prospective clients. Knowledge of exhibit design, construction, and materials. Knowledge of industrial and consumer product marketing and budgeting. Working knowledge of graphic design, layout, mechanical drawing, woodworking, and other aspects of the exhibit business. Good organizational skills, including ability to delegate tasks and responsibilities and to budget time effectively. Strong service orientation
